Returns and refunds

Contact us before returning an item. Return requests are reviewed based on the item condition, order details, and applicable consumer law. Items should be unused and returned with their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Do not send a return until you receive approval and return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.
